- We only ask for details we need to reply to you or run your event.
- We never sell your details or show them publicly.
- Only the Sociaco team can see them, behind a protected admin panel. Door staff see only your name and guest count.
- We use your details only after you tick a consent box, and only for the purpose written next to it.
- You can withdraw consent, or ask us to show, fix or delete your details, at any time.
Who we are
Sociaco is a digital marketing studio and community events brand based in Pune, India. In this policy, "we" means Sociaco. For anything about your data, message us on WhatsApp at +91 88277 77941 or use the form at the bottom of this page. Want this policy in Hindi, Marathi or another Indian language? What we collect

Party passes are paid through Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details go straight to Razorpay and never reach us; we only keep the payment ID, amount and time so we can confirm your pass. We do not collect card or bank details on this website. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your light or dark theme choice, and links to passes you bought, are saved only in your own browser, so you can open your pass again on the same phone. Clearing your browser data removes them. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, briefly processes your IP address to block spam and attacks. We do not store it with your details.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and confirm your pass or registration on WhatsApp, phone or email.
- To plan the event, for example food quantities based on food preferences.
- To introduce you to people with similar interests at our events. Your interests are shared only with our hosts, never posted publicly.
- To send you news about future events and offers, only if you ticked that box. You can stop these anytime by replying "STOP".
- To deliver your Diwali gift, only if you add a gift address. We use it for nothing else.
- To keep our forms safe from spam and misuse.
Who we share it with
- Cloudflare hosts this website and stores form entries for us, with encryption.
- Razorpay processes pass payments. It receives your name, phone and email to run the payment.
- WhatsApp carries our messages to you when we contact you.
- Our courier partner receives your gift address and phone number, only to deliver your gift.
- The venue may receive a guest list with names only, if needed for entry.
We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone.
Your consent
- Every form has a consent box. Nothing is sent until you tick it, and the box says exactly what we will use your details for.
- News about future events is a separate, optional box. Not ticking it does not affect your registration.
- We save a record of your consent: the time, the page and the exact wording you agreed to, and the version of this policy.
- You can withdraw your consent anytime, as easily as you gave it: reply "STOP" on WhatsApp, or use the form at the bottom of this page. We then stop using your details and delete them, unless a law requires us to keep something. Withdrawing does not affect what was already done before.
- Our events and this website are for adults. Every form asks you to confirm you are 18 or older.
How long we keep it
Event and party registrations are deleted automatically 12 months after you submit them. Business enquiries and applications are deleted automatically after 24 months. Party passes and their payment records on our side are deleted automatically 12 months after you register. Gift addresses are deleted automatically within 120 days, and you can remove yours from your pass page anytime before the gift is sent. Razorpay keeps its own payment records as Indian law requires. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.
How we protect it
- The whole website runs on HTTPS, so data is encrypted on the way to us.
- Entries are stored encrypted by Cloudflare and can only be seen by the Sociaco team through a protected admin panel with a strong password and an optional 2-step login code.
- Logins are limited and locked after repeated wrong attempts. Sessions end automatically and after 30 minutes of no use.
- Door staff have a separate login that can only scan passes. They see your name and guest count, nothing else.
- Passes carry a signed QR code that cannot be faked or copied for a second entry.
- The website blocks scripts from unknown sources, and forms have spam and bot protection.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:
- Ask what details we hold about you and how we use them.
- Ask us to correct or complete your details.
- Withdraw your consent and ask us to delete your details.
- Nominate someone to act for you.
- Raise a complaint with us. If you are not happy with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
We reply to every request within 7 days.

If something goes wrong
If your details are ever exposed in a security incident, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires, explain what happened, and tell you what we are doing about it.
Age
Our events and parties are for people aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect details of anyone under 18. If you think we have, tell us and we will delete them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
